It measures 19” pit to pit
25” shoulder to cuff 
Function 3XDry: water repellent on the outside whereas on the fabric's inside it effectively absorbs perspiration. 
Beautiful pearl buttons and pearl detail on collar
2 functional pockets 
double vent. 
It’s in good condition but does have a missing bottom pearl on  the button and some tarnish to the buttons (see photos)
